These Terms of Service govern your use of the VYORO website and your purchase or quotation requests through our online store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any order-specific terms stated in an accepted quotation.

Business and bulk supply

VYORO operates as a business and bulk-supply seller. Product availability, minimum order quantities, packaging quantities, specifications and pricing may vary by item and requirement.

Product information and pricing

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, specifications and prices accurate. Product appearance, packaging and specifications may vary where suppliers make changes or where a quotation identifies a specific approved specification. Displayed prices may be indicative; final bulk pricing is confirmed in the quotation.

Quotations

Quotations are subject to product availability, quantity, specification, destination and applicable taxes or shipping charges. Unless a quotation states otherwise, a quotation may be revised or withdrawn before acceptance. A quotation becomes binding for the agreed scope only after VYORO confirms acceptance of the buyer's requirement.

Orders and payment

An order is subject to acceptance by VYORO. Payment terms, deposits, credit terms and any balance-payment conditions will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation. GST and other applicable taxes will be handled as stated in the order documentation.

Minimum quantities and customisation

Some products are supplied only in specified carton, pack or minimum order quantities. Custom branding, packaging, artwork and other non-standard requirements require buyer approval before production and may be non-cancellable or non-returnable once work has started.

Order changes and cancellations

Requests to change quantity, specification, artwork, address or other order details must be made promptly. Changes may not be possible after procurement, production, packing or dispatch has started and may incur costs.

Returns and defects

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the VYORO Refund & Return Policy and any order-specific terms stated in the accepted quotation.

Intellectual property

All website content, branding, graphics, text and other materials provided by VYORO or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be reproduced or used without permission, except as permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VYORO will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or an order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Governing terms

These terms are subject to applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the jurisdiction agreed in the relevant quotation or otherwise applicable to the transaction.

VYORO may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of an order, together with the accepted quotation, will apply to that transaction.
