Refunds

Refunds are provided only when an order cannot be delivered. Any approved refund will be processed after the order status is verified.

Returns & Replacements

Returns and replacements are not available for delivered orders.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be raised before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not available.

Order-Specific Terms

For bulk orders, the terms stated in the accepted quotation or order confirmation will apply where they differ from this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
