Cancellation Policy

VYORO B2B Order Cancellation Policy

At VYORO (vyoro.in), we process wholesale and bulk orders swiftly to ensure timely delivery across India. Please review our cancellation terms below:

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can request to cancel your bulk order free of charge at any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Upon confirmation of cancellation before dispatch, a 100% refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been picked up by our logistics partner and dispatched, it cannot be directly cancelled. Upon delivery, you may refuse the shipment or initiate a return according to our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Partial Order Cancellation

For custom bulk quotes or multi-carton orders, if you wish to cancel specific items before dispatch, please contact our support immediately on WhatsApp or email. Pricing tiers and shipping rates may be adjusted based on the revised order volume.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, reach out to us with your Order ID and registered phone number:
