Shipping Policy

VYORO supplies products across India and selected international destinations shown at checkout or confirmed in the quotation.

Shipping method and charges

Shipping charges and delivery method may vary by product, quantity, destination, weight and order value. For bulk or institutional requirements, shipping charges and the expected delivery window may be provided as part of the quotation.

Processing and dispatch

Dispatch timing depends on stock availability, order quantity, product type and whether branding, packing or other customisation is required. The applicable dispatch timeline will be communicated in the order confirmation or quotation where relevant.

Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are indicative and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, transport disruption, remote-area service limitations, public holidays, customs clearance or other events outside VYORO's reasonable control.

Inspection on delivery

Please check the shipment promptly on arrival and retain packaging where possible. Report visible transit damage, shortage or an incorrect shipment to VYORO with the order or quotation reference and supporting photos/video as soon as possible.

International shipments

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and other destination-country charges may apply unless expressly included in the quotation. The buyer is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For bulk orders, the final shipping commitment is the shipping information stated in the accepted quotation or order confirmation.
